Ir. Jimmy Wan

Founder

Ir. Jimmy Wan graduated with an honours degree in civil and structural engineering from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He is a Professional Engineer recognised by the Board of Engineers Malaysia and holds ASEAN Engineer, APEC Engineer, International Professional Engineer and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer registrations. With over two decades in construction, consultancy and ICT project management, he has contributed to major projects including CX5 in Cyberjaya. As Managing Director of ESAC Design Group Pte. Ltd., he has led building, high-rise and seismic design work across the UAE, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Papua New Guinea.

Ir. Andy Goh

Ir. Andy Goh earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in mechanical engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2006. He is a registered Professional Engineer, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer and a trained Green Building Index facilitator. His consulting background covers malls, hotels, factories, high-rise living spaces, private homes, office upgrades, housing developments and an international university. He is also an active BNI member.

Ir. Low Kai Wah

Ir. Low holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and began his career in consultancy on residential, commercial and institutional projects. His experience covers both civil and structural work, including pre-stressed design. He is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and holds ASEAN, APEC and International Professional Engineer registrations. His project work spans Malaysia, the Middle East, India, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Australia and Papua New Guinea, giving him broad exposure to different design codes and authority requirements.

Ir. Michael Chong CW

Director — Mechanical & Electrical

Ir. Michael Chong holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky and has been a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia since 2000. He brings 27 years in the construction field and has specialised in consultancy since 1994. His project experience covers hospitals, hotels, factories, high-rise commercial buildings, office towers, data centres, housing developments and an international university.

Engr. Chieng Kai Yong

Director — Overseas Business Development

With an engineering degree from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom and registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Engr. Chieng brings broad project experience. He began his career in a contracting firm, gaining practical exposure to planning, coordination, inspection and costing, and has contributed to residential and commercial developments in Malaysia and overseas since 2003. His design work covers beam-and-column systems, shear walls, raft foundations and flat slabs. A two-year assignment in the Middle East added advanced 3-D modelling on complex multi-storey projects and deeper knowledge of seismic codes.

Ir. Eve Khor Ling Si

Associate Director — Mechanical

Ir. Eve Khor is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her career includes roles in both contracting and consultancy, where she developed solid expertise designing and coordinating commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use high-rise buildings. She works to NFPA standards and uses 3D BIM modelling to support detailed coordination across services.

Ir. Amin Shaharuddin Bin Ibrahim

Associate Director — Electrical

Ir. Amin is an electrical engineer with extensive experience across major development projects. He holds a Master of Engineering in power systems from Universiti Malaya and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He has worked on substations, data centres, malls, hotels, factories and residential developments, with responsibilities covering planning, design, project delivery, team leadership, client and contractor coordination, and cost monitoring.

Ir. Lim Chee Siong

Associate — Geotechnical

B.Eng (Hons) · MSc · P.Eng · MIEM

Ir. Lim has been a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia since 2003. He earned his civil engineering degree at National Taiwan University and completed his Master of Science at the University of Wales, Cardiff. He has held key engineering roles at L&M Geotechnics Sdn Bhd and SSP Geotechnics Sdn Bhd, including six years as Senior Geotechnical Engineer. His work focuses on basement excavation, underground structures and tunnel-related projects, including the Putrajaya LRT and the SMART Tunnel, and covers foundation works, slope protection, ground treatment and failure assessment.
